Zolis lets clients choose from the lash services you publish, review their prices and durations, and select an available appointment. A clear menu helps them understand which booking matches their request.
Distinguish full appointments from maintenance visits
If your business offers different appointment types, give each an appropriate service name, duration and description. A full appointment and a maintenance visit may require different amounts of time.
Explain the conditions under which clients should choose each option. If you need to discuss their current lashes or another requirement first, direct them to contact you before booking.

Plan the diary around the service being delivered
Zolis checks working hours, time off and existing appointments when determining available times. Configure durations that reflect the work and keep your schedule current.

Confirm prerequisites through your own professional process
Customer details remain attached to the appointment, but a completed booking does not establish that consultation, suitability or other treatment prerequisites have been satisfied.
Arrange and verify those requirements separately. Confirm any specialist consent or treatment-record requirement with the Zolis team before relying on it.
Take a deposit where your policy requires one
A selected service can require a deposit through your connected Stripe account. The client completes Stripe Checkout and payment is verified before that booking is confirmed.
Services without a required payment can proceed without checkout. Read the deposit setup guide before enabling payment requirements.
Prepare clear reminders and appointment instructions
Email templates can include the client's name, service and appointment date and time. Review the preview and make sure instructions suit the appointment type.
