Zolis lets clients reserve the makeup services you make directly bookable. They review the service price and duration, choose an available time and enter their details to complete the booking journey.
Decide which services have an agreed scope
A clearly defined individual makeup appointment can be presented as a service with its own duration and price. Explain what is included, where it takes place and when the client should contact you first.
An event involving several people, travel or an unagreed schedule may need a discussion before you can confirm the work. Direct those enquiries to your business rather than presenting a standard appointment as acceptance of an entire event brief.
Make trial and event arrangements explicit
If you offer a trial as a bookable appointment, describe it separately from the event service. Explain what the trial booking covers and how any later work will be agreed.
These are service-menu recommendations. The workflow described here does not establish event-contract management or automatically reserve an event date when a trial is booked.
Keep availability aligned with your working day
Zolis checks working hours, time off and existing appointments when determining available times. Configure durations that reflect the appointments you offer and account for practical preparation and travel arrangements in your schedule.

Use deposits where your appointment policy requires them
Selected services can require an online deposit through your connected Stripe account. The client completes Stripe Checkout, and payment is verified before the booking is confirmed.
Other services can proceed without checkout. Read the deposit setup guide and communicate the terms of your service separately.
Keep client and appointment information connected
The customer details entered during booking remain attached to the appointment. Email templates can include the client's name, service and appointment date and time.
