Decide which lessons are suitable for direct booking
Create clearly named services for the lesson appointments you want to offer online, with the appropriate duration and price. Explain what each service includes so a learner can choose an appropriate option.
If you need to discuss a learner's requirements before accepting a lesson, direct them to contact you first. A public booking slot should represent an appointment you are ready to deliver, rather than an enquiry that still needs agreement.
Publish availability you can realistically deliver
Zolis checks working hours, time off and existing appointments when determining booking availability. Keep your schedule current before sharing your booking page.
As a practical setup step, allow for the time your work requires between lessons. Agree collection arrangements and any requirements that are not captured by the booking journey directly with the learner.

Choose whether a lesson requires a deposit
If a selected lesson service requires an online deposit, the learner continues to Stripe Checkout through your connected Stripe account. The booking is confirmed after payment verification.
Lessons without a required payment can proceed without checkout. Complete your Stripe setup before offering deposit-required appointments; see booking deposits and payment setup.
Keep lesson details visible in appointment emails
Email templates can insert the learner's name, service and appointment date and time. Review the wording so it clearly explains what has been booked and how to contact you with a question.
