Make one-to-one training appointments easier to arrange
Zolis gives clients an online route to the individual training appointments you make available. They choose a service and available time, then enter their details to complete the booking journey.
Use clear appointment types so a prospective client can distinguish an introductory session from another bookable training appointment.
Define what each session includes
Set the service name, duration, price and description before publishing it. Explain how clients should contact you if they need to discuss their requirements before choosing an appointment.
For example, an introductory appointment and a longer one-to-one session can have different durations and payment requirements. These are service-menu examples rather than preset training programmes.
Keep your working times and locations current
Zolis checks working hours, time off and existing appointments when presenting available slots. Maintain those records as your working schedule changes.
If your business has multiple configured booking locations, clients see services assigned to the location they select. Agree any additional venue access or meeting arrangements directly with the client.

Keep client details attached to the session
The appointment connects the client information captured during booking with the selected service and time. This gives you a scheduling reference without reconstructing the appointment from separate messages.
This guide covers appointment administration. It does not confirm workout programming, nutrition plans, fitness tracking or specialist assessment tools. Check any such requirement before choosing your setup.
Apply deposits only to the services that need them
If a selected session requires an online deposit, the client completes Stripe Checkout through your connected Stripe account. Payment is verified before that booking is confirmed.
Services without a required payment can proceed without checkout. Read Stripe setup and booking deposits before enabling payment requirements.
Use appointment emails before and after sessions
Email templates can insert the client's name, service and appointment date and time. Write clear practical instructions and review the preview before using a template.
Eligible plans support timed reminders and follow-ups. These messages organise appointment communication; they do not automatically produce a personalised training plan. Explore email scheduling and history.
Questions about personal training bookings
Does this guide cover class capacity or membership management?
No. It describes individual appointment booking. Confirm class, membership or package requirements with the team before relying on them.
Can I review booked and paid activity?
Zolis provides booking and payment reports, with features depending on plan access. These report operational activity rather than fitness outcomes.
